With the 23rd pick in the 2008 draft the Utah Jazz took center Kosta Koufos from Ohio State University.
Too bad we didn’t draft the center from Ohio State University last year.
By all accounts Kosta is a pretty good pick and has a passion for learning and playing basketball, and he is still very young.
In the second round the Jazz took Europeans Ante Tomic and Tadija Dragicevic with the 44th and 53rd picks respectively, but they will remain in Europe as the Jazz roster is already busting at the seams.
