Thoughts on Tracy McGrady

As all Jazz fans know, the Utah Jazz took both games at Houston. Now they return to Salt Lake City where they are practically unbeatable.

It is very unlikely that the Rockets can win 4 out of the next 5 games, especially with three of them being in Utah.

Jazz Fans are chanting sweep (but they were already doing that after the game 1 win).

It looks to me that Tracy McGrady will not make it out of the first round yet again.

And yet, I can’t say that I agree with all of the good and bad comments that I have been hearing about McGrady from the national media.

John Hollinger picks the Utah Jazz to come out of the West

I’ve never been a huge fan of John Hollinger’s totally statistic view of the league, but I have enjoyed the high ranking that the Jazz have had in his statistics-based Power Rankings.

Utah Jazz beat Houston Rockets at home

The Utah Jazz, despite being “unable to win on the road”, won on the road on Saturday night.

Jazz fans everywhere, only 1 game into the series, are already talking sweep.

Utah Jazz navigating the Playoffs not too far-fetched

Well, the Utah Jazz earned a first round matchup against the Houston Rockets.

And just like last year, they’ll be playing 4 games on Houston’s home court.

And just like last year, the Utah Jazz will be tough to beat at home.

And just like last year, Tracy McGrady will be gunning to get out of the first round for the first time.

Utah Jazz looking good in the home stretch

The Utah Jazz crushed the decent Wizards, the pesky Timberwolves, and the defending champion San Antonio Spurs at Energy Solutions Arena and turned around and beat the best team in the Western Conference, the New Orleans Hornets, on their home floor.

Like always, Deron Williams prevented Chris Paul from getting good numbers.

You’ve got to wonder if the Utah Jazz have what it takes to win it all.
